Our Story
A&M General Services started with a simple idea neighbors helping neighbors. Both April and Michael grew up around construction April's family built a legacy in the industry, with retired ODOT roots and family owned construction companies, while Michael got his start laying asphalt at 12 and went on to become a labor union journeyman. That combined, hands on background is why they decided to build something of their own a company that treats Construction, Landscaping and snow removal as more than a service call, but as part of keeping the community safe & looking good. What started with a shovel and a strong work ethic has grown into a full-service Construction, landscaping and snow removal company trusted by Municipalities, homeowners, & businesses across Ohio.

April grew up around construction — her family's roots include retired ODOT work and family-owned construction companies — and brings that lifelong industry background to every project. She leads our landscaping work from initial consultation through completion, combining a sharp eye for design with real hands-on construction knowledge.

Michael Morgan - Owner
Michael grew up in the construction industry — laying asphalt at 12 and plowing lots before he had a driver's license — and went on to become a labor union journeyman. That trained, hands-on foundation shows in every property we service, from residential driveways to commercial lots. He's in the field and available to every customer directly.
